The Week will feature the Global Compact Annual Meeting, the Annual Local Network Forum and a variety of issue-specific meetings. This global gathering of the most active companies and organizations is designed for working-level representatives to share experiences across issues and countries

20 years after the EARTH SUMMIT in Rio, the United Nations is organizing a new international conference on Sustainable Development.  The conference will take place in Brazil on 4-6 June 2012.

The conference will focus on two themes:
