COP Workshop : Getting your COP started, May 6th 2010For most companies who join the Global Compact, producing their first Communication on Progress (CoP) can be a challenge. The COP is a public document, and it's important that it meets the expectations of the company's stakeholders. Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME's), the existing frameworks, like GRI, may be too much. So how do you know you're producing a COP that meets the quality standards, and what steps can you take to make sure you're able to produce your COP on time? To answer these questions, the GCNB organises a round-table afternoon for group exchange and feedback, guided by an experienced facilitator. Additionally, an independent reporting expert will take part and offer tips and practical insights.
By the end of the session, the participants will formulate a set of best practices.
